For World Food Day, the community came out to help Honor Humanity, a 501(c)3 non-profit build their first garden box! That Texas sun is no joke, but they pushed through, planting vegetables in the big box, and edible plants in the smaller boxes. Thank you to Prairie View A&M University for partnering on the garden. When Tiffani shared her vision for giving back to her community, they were all onboard, because it’s important to eliminate food deserts everywhere. Acres Homes has so much potential, and Honor Humanity will be there to help her realize it. Finally, thank you to everyone who donated their time, energy and/or money to this project.
